(posted on july 10, 2017) काठमाडौं- बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाले आवासीय घर किन्न चाहने ग्राहकलाई डेढ करोड रुपैयाँसम्म कर्जा दिन पाउने भएका छन्। नेपाल राष्ट्रबैंकले आगामी आर्थिक वर्षको मौद्रिक नीतिमार्फत यस्तो व्यवस्था गरेको हो। यसअघि बैंक वित्तीय संस्थाले आवासीय घर किन्न बढीमा एक करोड रुपैयाँसम्म मात्र कर्जा दिन पाउँथे। राष्ट्रबैंकका गभर्नर चिरञ्जीवी नेपालले आर्थिक वर्ष २०७४/०७५ को मौद्रिक नीति सार्वजनिक गर्न आयोजित कार्यक्रममा बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाले प्रदान गर्ने व्यक्तिगत आवासीय घर कर्जाको एक करोडको सीमा बढाएर एक करोड ५० लाख कायम गरिएको बताए। केन्द्रीय बैंकले नेपाल बैंकर्स संघको माग सम्बोधन गर्न आवास कर्जाको सीमा बढाएको हो। संघले यसअघि आवास कर्जाको सीमा बढाउन माग गरेको थियो । दुई वर्षदेखि आवास कर्जाको सीमा बढेको थिएन। घरजग्गाको मूल्य अकासिएकाले एक करोडमा घर किन्न सम्भव नै नभएको संघका उपाध्यक्ष ज्ञानेन्द्र ढुंगानाले बताए।

posted on september 9, 2016 Outer Ring-Road (ORR) Project Description The Government of Nepal has planned to construct a 71.93–km–long “Outer Ring-Road (ORR)”between the existing inner ring road and the foot-hills of Kathmandu valley;to effectively manage the growing urbanization, to improve the traffic passage, to develop settlement at the out skirts, to provide an access to remote areas, to disperse the population of the core area, to delineate the urban and rural boundary ,to reduce the traffic congestion and to reduce shifting of population towards the core area. The proposed project covers three districts; one metropolitan city, one sub metropolitan city and one municipality and 46 VDCs (Fig.1).The project consists of 29 nodal points and covers an influence area of 71.93-km road. An immediate impact area will be within 550 m road corridor which includes 50 m road width.

सरकारले घर बनाउने ५५ वटा मापदण्ड तयार पारेको छ। गत शुक्रबार नै सरकारले घर बनाउने नयाँ मापदण्ड तयार पारेकाे हाे । स्थानीय विकास मन्त्रालयले २९ गतेबाट नै लागूहुने गरी नयाँ मापदण्ड तयार गरेको हो । उसले नयाँ मापदण्ड अनुसार घर बनाउन अनुमति दिन मातहतका निकायलाई भनेको छ । घर बनाउँदा गल्ली कम्तीमा ४ मिटर चौडा हुनुपर्ने, मुल सडक छेउछाउमा बनेका घरहरुमा रंगरोगन गर्नुपर्ने, घर बनाइसकेपछि छतमा पिल्लर हाल्न नपाइने, ३० डिग्रि भन्दा भिरालो जग्गामा घर बनाउन नपाइने मापदण्ड सरकारले तोकेको हो ।

posted on 2015-06-18 many people are asking about the land price in kathmandu valley. we just would like to mention one small practical story here: a buyer had bought a 8 ana land in narayanthan area approximately one and half year back. that time they had paid it just rs. 675,000 per ana. and near around a year after we been there to find some lands for our other customers we came to know that the same area land price was rs. 11,00,000 per ana. again within couple of weeks we been the same area to find some lands and also been there and asked the current price. oh ! it is almost rs.15,00,000 per ana. omg ! cant imagine how lucky they are.
